Hablas Español o falas Portuguêse? That’s great, because people in South America speak very little English. We recommend that you practice some Spanish (when you are going to Bolivia) or Portuguese (when choosing Brazil) at home and that you take a language course when you are in Bolivia or Brazil. This way you can really communicate with local people and get the most out of your stay. It is not that difficult to learn one of these beautiful languages. Instead think of it as an excellent opportunity to totally immerse in the South American culture. Muito bom! as they say in Brazil. Private and groups lessons are possible. You decide how much time you want to spend on it.
We can ask to adapt your lessons to the work you are going to do here, for example, working at a school or hospital may require a more technical vocabulary.
